Was King George actually upset about the colonists dumping tea into the Boston Harbor, or were there really some other drinks he liked to enjoy onboard?
Ingredients: 1 oz Orange Juice 2 oz Spiced Rum 1/2 oz. Apricot Liqueur or Peach Schnapps 1 can/bottle of your favorite Pilsner or Lager
How To: Combine ingredients in a pint glass. Garnish with an orange. Start a revolution.

Specialty Sip: PB&J Old Fashioned

PB&J Old Fashioned
Ingredients: 2 oz of Peanut Butter Whiskey (Skrewball) 1 tsp Strawberry Jelly Dash of Bitters
How To: Stir strawberry jelly and peanut butter whiskey together until combined. Add ice and bitters. Shake.Strain mix over ice into rocks glass and garnish with a mini peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Rocket Relief Emergency Fund for Artists

Rocket Relief Emergency Fund for Artists
Charlotte Street Foundation, Spencer Museum of Art, ArtsKC, the Andy Warhol Foundation and Theater League Kansas City are partnering to provide $120,000 in emergency aid for artists impacted by the coronavirus outbreak.

Artists can apply for Rocket Relief funds immediately through this link. Beginning May 1, ten eligible artists will be randomly selected each week to receive benefits until the funds are distributed. Applications may continue to be submitted and eligible applicants will be added to the pool until funds are distributed.   This fund is open to all self-identifying visual, multi-disciplinary, and performing artists within an 80-mile radius of Kansas City. Grant amounts are available as flat stipends of $1,000. Once artists have entered the pool and been confirmed as eligible, they will remain in the weekly selection process until all funds are distributed. "When I Grow Up"Matilda, 2019Last December, a talented cast performed in the Theatre Lawrence production of Roald Dahl’s Matilda. Now, during the stay-at-home restrictions, all 21 of the young actors with singing roles have reunited virtually to reprise one of their songs from their show, When I Grow Up. Enjoy!

Specialty Sip: Fireball Pink Lemonade

Ingredients: 1 bottle lemonade (24 oz) 1 cup Fireball cinnamon whisky 2 tbsp grenadine 2 cups ice 1 lemon, sliced
How To: 1. Pour the lemonade, Fireball, and 1 tbsp grenadine into a large pitcher.  Stir and taste, adding grenadine until you reach the desired color/flavor you like.
2. Fill mason jars or other glasses with ice.  Pour in pink lemonade and garnish glasses with a slice of lemon.

Have you heard about this coffee trend that is sweeping the internet, called Dalgona coffee?  It may sound intimidating, but is actually super easy to make.
Ingredients: 2 Tbs Instant Coffee 2 Tbs Sugar 2 Tbs Boiling Water
How To: 1. In a bowl, mix (by hand, with a frother, or electric mixer) until frothy and thick. 2. Spoon on top of milk and ice

In honor of the holiday weekend, we are suggesting the super simple,  Jelly Bean Bellini
Ingredients: 4 oz Prosecco 2 oz Peach Puree Handful of Jelly Beans (any brand)
How To: 1. Pour peach puree into a champagne flute, then the prosecco.   Leave about an inch of space at the top of the glass-  the liquid will rise when you add the jelly beans. 2. Drop in jelly beans
